When can I check in?

A member of the staff will be always there to welcome you and explain you all flat facilities. Standard time: Monday – Friday 15:00-20:00 | Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays 15:00-20:00 When the flat is available we’ll be happy to check you in from 10:00 onwards, but this is not guaranteed and always needs to be planned beforehand.Outside of these hours, check in has an extra cost of 20 Euro


What if I must cancel my reservation?

If you need to cancel your reservation, you may be refund a percentage of your total amount according to the following terms & conditions:

  • If you cancel within 14 and 1 days of the trip, you will be reimbursed for 20% of the reservation.
  • If you cancel 1 day prior you trip, no refund will apply
  • If you cancel days prior your day you will be refund in full

    If I break something during my stay?

    If any damage occurs during your stay it’s a guest’s responsibility to inform us as soon as possible. This would normally come out of your deposit. This is, of course, will apply to valuable furniture and essential part of apartment. It’s standard to have a glass or a plate broken and we won’t charge you anything.
